This hotel is quaint and wonderful. My room was well decorated and had a fireplace. - the location is ideal, close to Thames Street, the harbor, great restaurants, downtown, waterfront. - There is a nearby place called Busker's to relax at. - I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The Inn is located close to the downtown Newport area which is convenient for going to the shops and restaurants. The Inn also has its own parking which was great. We could take off during the day and come back at night and leave the car and stroll downtown to the shops and bars. The inn keeper was great. We needed two rooms close to each other since we were travelling with my mom and daughter and he was able to accomodate us.
Never having stayed in a bed and breakfast before I was not sure what to expect. It was a little noisier than a hotel would be and of course, there are no amenities like a hotel but we enjoyed the casual, laid back feel. We were with a toddler and the facilities were perfect for her.

The staff were really kind. Booked a room with a fireplace. - the breakfast was great and had lots of options. - the hotel was near all restaurants and shops on Thames Street and the Bowen's Wharf area. - A 10-15 minute walk from a historic church.

Would stay here again without hesitation, a very nice stay of three nights. The setting is exceptionally nice, very close to all restaurants and shops and when built was horse and water front, very very nice area.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
